I absolutely LOVE Victoria’s Secret Heavenly perfume and I no longer want to pay full retail price. It is never on sale in their stores or on their site … so the only way to get a deal is to buy a packaged gift pack during a holiday … or now I figured out that I can get a great discount by purchasing it on eBay!
