This morning I was watching the Today Show and they had R.L. Stine on as a guest. He has added to his already popular Goosebump series with his new “Goosebumps HorrorLand” series.
“I try to fool the reader so they can’t guess what’s going on.”
This is a great way to capture a kid’s attention in a book by daring them to keep reading.
I’m going to start my kids on the newest series from Goosebump, “Goosebump Horrorland” and let my kids decide. We’ll post back with their reviews.

My son never really got into these books until he was a bit older, like 4-5th grade. Some are actually pretty scary and freaky for him. LOL
That’s what I’ve heard! My son is in 4th now and I’m going to get a couple for his summer reading. Hopefully he won’t get freaked out too bad! LOL
