Yesterday we had Pilot come out and do a service and inspection on our air conditioner and I was very pleased with their service. The tech (Wayne) showed up on time (2 mins early) which was very nice since my husband and I are both very busy and there's nothing worse than waiting on a service tech. He was nice, seemed very well informed and was professional. He even wore shoe "covers" before he entered (after being at the outside unit) which really impressed me. He took the time to explain some concerns to me and then even repeated them to my husband once he was available. I would highly recommend them.
